Multi-client car surveys
The field of the automotive aftermarket is increasingly submitted to competition and regulations, which gives less room to manoeuvre. Consequently, at all levels in the company, the knowledge of information is essential.
To face this situation, GiPA carries out each year, and on all markets in which it is involved, two major quantitative studies concerning drivers and traders behaviour. More than 41,000 drivers and close to 15,000 repairers will be interviewed in 2009. The history of the GiPA database is an important advantage which enables monitoring and quantifying trends.
