    1.1\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Effective support of key accounts, continuously matching on-going activity to the agreed client brief.<\/p>\n

    1.2\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 To support the implementation of all day-to-day project activity, maintaining a standard of work that continually meets client needs, targeting high productivity levels.<\/p>\n

    1.3\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 To develop and sustain a good working relationship with clients through regular contact, and identifying and solving potential problems\/issues which could affect the smooth running of the project or the client relationship.<\/p>\n

    2.1\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Ensure the induction, training, and management of Field Supervisors is carried out effectively.<\/p>\n

    2.2\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Ensure the effective performance of Field Support Staff and Supervisors.<\/p>\n

    2.3\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Ensure the highest quality of field output, including meeting all agreed quality controls on an on-going basis, giving briefings for projects.<\/p>\n

    2.4\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Recommend developments for improving productivity in general and on specific projects.<\/p>\n

    2.5\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Develop and maintain interviewer training sessions\/guidelines.<\/p>\n

    2.6\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Ensure that all interviewer admin is completed, including all contracts.<\/p>\n

    2.7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Maintain an excellent working environment in the fieldwork room, including looking after infrastructure, ensuring fieldwork support staff are assisted when needed and looked after.<\/p>\n

    2.8\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Ensure efficient functioning of the CATI system by liaising with relevant third parties.<\/p>\n

    3.1\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Support the generation of new contacts with potential clients through desk research and organising initial contacts.<\/p>\n

    3.2\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Support the effective update and management the Extranet, GiPA\u2019s client relationship and internal reporting tool.<\/p>\n

    3.3\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Support proposal writing, proposal checking and preparation of case studies.<\/p>\n

    3.4\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Build and maintain networking events calendar (trade fairs, conferences, industry debates, networking\u2026).<\/p>\n

    3.5\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Schedule meetings\/travel arrangements\/hotels, etc.<\/p>\n

    3.6 \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Write up interesting newsletters to be distributed to GiPA\u2019s clients multiple times a year.<\/p>\n

    3.7 \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Provide advice and support in the correct use of the English language for international GiPA countries\u2019 own marketing materials and presentations.<\/p>\n
