To further develop, GIPA has defined an ambitious growth plan based on 4 pillars: Innovation, Digitalization, Customer focus and People.<\/p>\n<p>In order to support the execution of this plan, the group is looking for its Business development and innovation manager.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mission<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Reporting to the group\u2019s CEO working closely with the Country Directors and the local teams:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>You will be the driving force in developing and executing the group strategy incl. definition &amp; segmentation of the services portfolio, implementation, and coordination of synergy projects (internal and external), partnerships.<\/li>\n<li>You will lead the innovation by developing new products and services, exploring new markets and targeting new types of customers to grow the business.<\/li>\n<li>You will also screen the automotive and the automotive linked universe for new data-driven business models, gather and analyze information, develop and test business ideas.<\/li>\n<li>You will meet with technology partners and start-ups, and help to establish a network of strategic partnerships around the world.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Profil<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>&gt;5-10 years of experience in Tier-1 management consulting or start-up experience in the automotive sector OEM and or IAM (Experience in the automotive or related industries, market research is a plus, but not a requirement).<\/li>\n<li>Proven track record in strategic business development or M&amp;A and an entrepreneurial mindset.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated aptitude for analytics especially business cases and financial modeling.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to effectively communicate complex information at all organizational levels but especially to senior management.<\/li>\n<li>Strong multitasking ability, ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, professional attitude, and ability to work proactively and independently as well as in a team.<\/li>\n<li>English, French required, other language appreciated (ES, DE, \u2026).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Location<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Paris or EU preferably.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":8,"featured_media":0,"template":"","meta":{"_promoted":"","_job_location":"Paris","_application":"Belgiumoffice@aimsinternational.com","_company_name":"","_company_website":"","_company_tagline":"","_company_twitter":"","_company_video":"","_filled":0,"_featured":0,"_remote_position":0,"_job_salary":"","_job_salary_currency":"","_job_salary_unit":""},"job-types":[],"class_list":["post-26238","job_listing","type-job_listing","status-expired","hentry"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.2 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/product\/yoast-seo-wordpress\/ -->\n<title>Business development and innovation manager (M\/F\/D) - GiPA<\/title>\n<meta name=\"robots\" content=\"index, follow, max-snippet:-1, max-image-preview:large, max-video-preview:-1\" \/>\n<link rel=\"canonical\" href=\"https:\/\/www.gipa.eu\/?post_type=job_listing&p=26230\" \/>\n<meta property=\"og:locale\" content=\"pt_PT\" \/>\n<meta property=\"og:type\" content=\"article\" \/>\n<meta property=\"og:title\" content=\"Business development and innovation manager (M\/F\/D) - GiPA\" \/>\n<meta property=\"og:description\" content=\"Company GIPA is a well-recognized team of experts in research for the Automotive Industry.
